Dr. M. Zen Rahfiludin, SKM, M.Kes was born in Semarang, April 20th, 1972. He graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Public Health at Diponegoro University in 1995, a Master Degree in Biomedical Nutrition at Diponegoro University in 2002, and a Doctoral Degree in Medicine at Airlangga University in 2011 with a dissertation entitled the analysis of zinc supplementation on the immune response of leprosy seropositive patients in household contacts. Since 1997 he has become a lecturer in the Public Health Nutrition Department of the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Diponegoro.
He taught Public Health Nutrition, Basic Biomedicine, Nutritional Epidemiology, Food Security and Safety, Food Technology and Development, Nutrition Surveillance, Research Methodology, and Nutritional Status Determination.
In 2011 – 2016 he was the Head of the Nutrition Department of the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Diponegoro. Dr. Dra. Chriswardani Suryawati, M.Kes. is an associate professor in the Department of Health Policy and Administration, Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Diponegoro Indonesia since 1988. She graduated with her Bachelor of Economics from Departement of Economics and Development Study, Faculty of Economics and Bussiness Universitas Diponegoro in 1987. She got her degree of Master’s of Public Health Science from the Graduate Program in the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Indonesia in 1993. She finished her doctoral program (Ph.D.) in the Doctoral Program of Medical and Health, Medical Faculty, Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2015.
She was a lecturer in some courses: Health Economics, Health Insurance, Organization and Health Services Management, Strategic Management of Health Organization, and Human Resources Management. She became a guest lecturer in some faculties of public health in Indonesia.
She has attended several trainings related to improving teaching skills like PEKERTI, Applied Approach, Dosen Wali that were conducted by Universitas Diponegoro. She also attended a short course in Teaching and Research Methodology for 2.5 months at Colorado State University, USA July until October 1996.
She had visited other countries for presentations in a scientific meeting at University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2009. In November 2017 she visited the School of Public Health and Community Medicine (SPHCM), Medical Faculty. University of New South Wales Australia for developing collaborating research.
She also carried out several types of research in collaborating with some District Health Offices and public hospitals in Central Java Province and Gtz Germany. She also supported collaborating research between FKM UNDIP and the Ministry of Health in 2016-2018 and some national collaborative research such as conducting scientific papers to support national health policy, especially in National Health Insurance.
She has many research publications especially in national accredited scientific journals and some international scientific journals. She has 8 intellectual property rights. She is a frequent speaker at various national scientific seminars and several international scientific seminars.
She has served as Secretary of Public Administration and Policy, Secretary of Master program of Public Health, Vice Dean of Financing and Human Resources, and Head of Master Program of Public Health.
She is registered as a member of the Indonesian Public Health Expert Association or IAKMI (Ikatan Ahli Kesehatan Masyarakat Indonesia), vice chairman of Ina HEA (Indonesia Health Economics Association), and secretary of Public Policy and Administration Collegium.
