Dr. M. Zen Rahfiludin, SKM, M.Kes was born in Semarang, April 20th, 1972. He graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Public Health at Diponegoro University in 1995, a Master Degree in Biomedical Nutrition at Diponegoro University in 2002, and a Doctoral Degree in Medicine at Airlangga University in 2011 with a dissertation entitled the analysis of zinc supplementation on the immune response of leprosy seropositive patients in household contacts. Since 1997 he has become a lecturer in the Public Health Nutrition Department of the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Diponegoro.
He taught Public Health Nutrition, Basic Biomedicine, Nutritional Epidemiology, Food Security and Safety, Food Technology and Development, Nutrition Surveillance, Research Methodology, and Nutritional Status Determination.
In 2011 – 2016 he was the Head of the Nutrition Department of the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Diponegoro. From 2017 until today, he is the Head of the Bachelor Study Program of Public Health Science, Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Diponegoro. He has published a number of scientific papers in national and international journals with a total of about 35 articles.
