FPH UNDIP Wins First Place in the 2026 UNDIP Zero Waste Competition

The Faculty of Public Health (FPH) of Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP) has proudly achieved First Place in the 2026 UNDIP Zero Waste Competition, an initiative organized by Universitas Diponegoro and participated in by faculties and schools across UNDIP.

The award recognizes FPH UNDIP’s commitment and active participation in promoting the principles of zero waste and creating a clean, healthy, and sustainable campus environment. The First Place award was presented directly by the Rector of Universitas Diponegoro as part of the university’s Independence Day celebration activities.

FPH UNDIP’s achievement in securing the top position in the competition was made possible through the involvement and collaboration of the entire academic community in supporting various environmental management initiatives at the faculty. The implementation of zero waste principles is reflected not only in waste management practices but also in fostering habits and behaviors that demonstrate greater environmental awareness.

As an academic institution dedicated to public health, FPH UNDIP places strong emphasis on the interconnectedness of the environment, behavior, and health. A clean and healthy environment is an essential foundation for supporting the health and well-being of communities.

Being named First Place in the 2026 UNDIP Zero Waste Competition further motivates FPH UNDIP to maintain and continuously develop environmentally friendly practices across the faculty. This achievement also demonstrates that creating a sustainable campus requires the commitment, participation, and collaboration of the entire university community.

FPH UNDIP hopes that the spirit of zero waste will extend beyond the competition and become an integral part of the daily culture and behavior of the entire academic community, contributing to an increasingly healthy, comfortable, and sustainable campus environment.

Congratulations to FPH UNDIP on winning First Place in the 2026 UNDIP Zero Waste Competition!

Together, let us build a healthier, cleaner, and more sustainable campus.
