The community service team from the environmental health department, faculty of public health, Universitas Diponegoro was collaborating with the Environmental Service Office of Semarang in supporting the enhancement of community participation in waste management.

This activity was followed by Village Governments and Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat (KSM) team of waste manager from 6 citizen associations in Jabungan Village. This activity was also followed by the Head and the secretary of the Environmental Service Office of Semarang, the Head of the Banyumanik Subdistrict and the Head of Jabungan Village. The community service activity that managed by the Faculty of Public Health UNDIP involved knowledge sharing from the community service team of the Department of Environmental Health to initiate behaviour changes of waste management that delivered by Dr. Ir. Mursid Raharjo, M.Si. Other activity is demonstrating household waste management to be liquid fertilizers that delivered by students of Master of Environmental Health. The next activity was delivering some motivation to decrease waste from the upstream and economic cycle of waste management by the Head of the Environmental Service Office of Semarang Fx.
