Semarang, 22 September 2025 – Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP) hosted another Smart Campus Tour event, aimed at enhancing the digital literacy of students and lecturers, as well as providing access to research and scientific publications in the era of technology-based research. This time, the event was held at the Faculty of Public Health (FPH) UNDIP on Monday, 22 September 2025, with the main organizer being the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of the UNDIP Library. The event attracted the enthusiasm of several participants, including students and lecturers, who attended to learn about global research platforms such as Scholar UNDIP, which allows academics, researchers, and students to access and share their research results widely, ORCID, ResearchGate, Academia, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and SciProfile.

The event, held from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Hall D FKM UNDIP, carried the theme ‘Optimising Digital Platforms for Sustainable Research Towards the SDGs’. The Head of the UPT Library UNDIP, Suwondo, S.Hum., M.Kom., opened the event by stating that this initiative is in line with UNDIP’s commitment as a World Class University that supports the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations (UN). These platforms are not only tools for sharing knowledge, but also bridges for global collaboration in addressing public health issues, such as SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being), which is the main focus of FPH. This event is not only a technical workshop, but also a call to action for FPH researchers to support the global agenda. As a faculty focused on public health, FPH UNDIP has actively contributed to the SDGs through research.
