On Monday, April 29th 2024, the Faculty of Public Health of Diponegoro University conducted a discussion about the initiation of collaboration with University Putra Malaysia and University of Selangor Shah Alam Campus. This was part of a series of visiting professors with distinguished guests Prof. Jamal Hisham Hashim, Ph.D (University of Selangor Shah Alam Campus) and Dr Zailina Hashim (University Putra Malaysia).
This activity started with an opening ceremony and continued with introductions among the universities. The meeting was led by the Dean of the Faculty of Public Health Diponegoro University and also invited the head of the study programme, head of the department, and lecturers of the environmental health department. The Dean of the Faculty of Public Health Diponegoro University described the academic activities here. The event continued with discussions, research formulation, and academic collaboration followed by Prof. Jamal Hisham Hashim, Ph.D and Dr. Zailina Hashim explained the activities that can be carried out between these universities including student internships, training for lecturers and students, and lecturer exchanges between universities.
