TASKS
Organizing and managing academic/vocational/professional education in one discipline of science, technology, and/or arts and culture, development, and collaboration
FUNCTIONS
1. Implementation of education, teaching, and quality assurance of education
2. Implementation of research, quality assurance of research, community service and innovation
3. Implementation of activities related to student affairs
4. Implementation of lecturers, staffs, and student’s development
5. Implementation of activities related to alumni and the environment
6. Implementation of activities related to finance, human resource management, infrastructure, and legal management
7. Implementation of activities related to data, communication, business, reporting, and information system
8. Implementation of planning and development program
9. Implementation activities related to collaboration program
10. Implementation of administration and administrative affairs in faculties/school
11. Implementation of issues related to security, order, work safety, and environmental comfort
12. Implementation of information/electronic system related to faculty/school’s function
13. Implementation related to collaboration and/or administrative support related to their duties and functions to related institutions, agencies, bureaus, directorates, UPTs, offices, and/or other units
14. Implementation of reporting and evaluation of implemented activities
15. Other functions determined by the Rector
