Semarang, March 7, 2026 — The General Session of Fund Distribution (SUPD) of FPH Undip is a deliberative forum held to discuss and determine funding allocations for student organizations within the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Diponegoro. This activity is a forum for coordination between the Student Senate and all Student Organizations (Ormawa) and Student Activity Units (UKM) to ensure that the process of distributing funds can be carried out in a transparent, directed, and in accordance with the needs of each organization’s work program.
The Student Senate of the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Diponegoro held the 2026 FKM Undip Fund Distribution General Session (SUPD) on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at Hall A of the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Diponegoro. This activity was attended by representatives from various student organizations within FPH Undip.
The implementation of SUPD began with participant registration, followed by the opening of the event, safety induction, and singing the Indonesia Raya and Mars songs of FPH Undip as a form of respect for national values and faculty identity. Furthermore, the session was officially opened by the permanent presidium and continued with a discussion of the rules of the session as a guideline for the course of the forum.
The main agenda in this activity was the discussion of budgeting carried out by the Budget Agency and the Student Senate Commission of FPH Undip. In the session, each student organization was given the opportunity to explain and discuss the funding needs of work programs that will be implemented during one management period. This process is carried out openly and participatively to ensure that each proposed program can be considered fairly and in accordance with the priorities of student activities within FPH Undip.
Through this forum session, it is hoped that a common understanding will be created regarding the distribution of funds that support the sustainability of the work program of student organizations. In addition, this activity is also a means to strengthen coordination and communication between student institutions in carrying out activities that are beneficial to FPH Undip students as a whole.
In closing, the results of the 2026 FPH Undip Fund Distribution General Session are expected to be the basis for the implementation of various student organization work programs during one management period. With a mutual agreement regarding funding allocation, it is hoped that each student organization can carry out its activities optimally, planned, and make a real contribution to the development of the student environment at the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Diponegoro.
