The Faculty of Public Health has integrated the study of malaria and other parasitic diseases into its curriculum to better prepare students for tackling these significant public health challenges. This educational initiative is designed to provide students with comprehensive knowledge about the epidemiology, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of malaria and related parasitic infections. This learning activity is carried out by increasing students’ abilities in the laboratory in detecting malaria both microscopically and molecularly.
