In the Tembalang District Hall, Semarang, on September 13 2022 a Coordination and Evaluation Meeting was held to review the work program of the Tembalang District Posyandu Forum related to the conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic. Priyadi Nugraha Prabamurti, S.KM, MKes as a representative from FKM UNDIP in the Health Promotion section, as well as administrators for the 2020-2022 period received the mandate to lead the HR Development division. The event starts at 09.00 to 11.30 WIB. The event was attended by the Head of the Tembalang District Welfare Section Head and Ibu Camat with a total of 30 participants. The overall activity was led by the Head of the Tembalang District Posyandu Forum, Mrs Winarsih.
The results of the discussion for the revision of the implementation of the activities of the Tembalang District Posyandu Forum, HR Development division in 2022 are as follows:
1. Increasing the Technical Skills of Cadres/Managers as follows: Posyandu roles and functions, Cadres roles and functions, measuring height, weight and limbs accurately, Filling in Posyandu bookkeeping/administration according to technical guidelines
2. Increasing the Non-Technical Skills of Cadres/Management which includes:
a. IEC skills for mothers and toddlers
b. Social Marketing Skills to increase community participation in posyandu
