Faculty of Public Health Diponegoro University conducted training on processing canteen waste into liquid compost. The trainees are students specializing in environmental health. The purpose of this training are: 1). Providing students with skills about making simple technology to process organic waste; 2) Reducing waste that must be disposed of in the University K3L Unit; 3) Increasing the Faculty’s concern in creating a healthy environment; 4) Support the University’s achievements in the UI GreenMetric World University Rankings. This event also attended by 5 students from Queensland University of Technology Australia. The results of the training are directly applied to process organic waste from the canteen on site.
